Coaches qualification

The club has some minimal expenses: insurance, equipment maintenance and replacement, and cost of awards. To that end we have started actually collecting money for practices. None of our coaches are compensated for their time, but shoot for free.

If you would like to become a coach, the current requirements are:

• You must have at least a USA Archery Level 1 coaching certification;
• Have completed Safe Sport Youth Protection Training;
• Participate in 3 new archer lessons during the year; and
• Share “rangemaster” responsibility on a regular basis at practice.
