Announcing the Golden Gate JOAD Underwater Archery Team

This 1 inch wide pin will be given to all participants in our rainy tournament.

Last year when I attended a statewide outdoor tournament in Sacramento, CA, it was called off for rain.  But the Golden Gate JOAD archers toughed it out last Saturday and shot through the rain.  To honor their commitment to archery under inclement circumstances we are announcing the formation of the Golden Gate JOAD Underwater Archery Team.   To recognize and commemorate their accomplishment, they will each receive a special pin that distinguishes them as a member of the team.   The pins will be here and look like this image.  The product will take four weeks, so look for them in mid to late March.

Founding members are: Coaches David, Gerard, Frank and Shabbir.  Archers TonyM, AliciaS, SamanthaG, ArthurM, PhoebeG, LillianP, MaxV, and KarlS.  Also student ClaireF will receive the pin because she practiced in the rain.  (Dedication!)
